Continue to Constitution Hill, once an apartheid-era jail, where Mandela was its only Black prisoner for nine years. Drive across the Mandela Bridge, linking Braamfontein and Newtown, before arriving in Newtown, a vibrant district filled with street art and a bustling market. Botswana’s Chobe National Park, nestled along the picturesque Chobe River, boasts one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Embark on an unforgettable safari experience, keeping an eye out for majestic elephants and powerful lions that roam the park.
Itinerary:
- Morning transfer from your hotel to the Kazungula border, where a representative from the Botswana safari company will assist you with immigration procedures before escorting you to the jetty.
