October to November and March to April are generally among the best times to visit Nepal, offering pleasant temperatures, clearer skies and favourable conditions for sightseeing and trekking. These periods are particularly suitable for enjoying Himalayan views and exploring the Annapurna region.
Upon arrival at Kathmandu Airport, your host will meet you in the arrivals area after you have completed immigration and customs formalities and welcome you to Nepal.
Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, sits at an elevation of approximately 1,350 metres in a bowl-shaped valley surrounded by four major mountains: Shivapuri, Phulchowki, Nagarjun and Chandragiri. With a history spanning nearly 2,000 years, the city is rich in cultural and religious heritage. Hinduism and Buddhism are the predominant faiths, while people of other religious backgrounds contribute to Kathmandu's diverse and cosmopolitan character. After breakfast, head to Patan, one of the three historic royal cities of the Kathmandu Valley and renowned for its rich artistic heritage. Explore Patan Durbar Square, home to beautifully carved temples, historic courtyards, the former Royal Palace and impressive examples of traditional Newari architecture. Highlights include Krishna Temple, Bhimsen Temple and the Golden Temple.
Visit Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple, an ancient Buddhist stupa set on a hill overlooking the Kathmandu Valley, offering beautiful panoramic views. Continue to Kathmandu Durbar Square, the historic royal centre of the city, where you can explore its impressive palaces, temples and traditional courtyards, including the Kumari Temple, home of the Living Goddess.
Enjoy a traditional rickshaw ride from Hanuman Dhoka to Thamel through Kathmandu's lively streets and narrow lanes. Take in the local atmosphere, browse colourful shops and experience the city's vibrant everyday life.

After breakfast, visit Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its lush forests, grasslands, rivers and wetlands. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including the one-horned rhinoceros, Royal Bengal tiger, wild elephants, leopards, crocodiles and the rare gharial, as well as hundreds of resident and migratory bird species. It is an ideal destination for experiencing Nepal’s rich wildlife and natural beauty.
In the evening, experience the vibrant traditional cultural performances of the Tharu community. The performances depict their culture, and the significance of their wardrobes in relation to their environment.

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of jungle activities, including a canoe ride, Jeep safari, nature walks and birdwatching in Chitwan National Park and the surrounding community forest. Accompanied by an experienced naturalist, keep an eye out for wildlife such as the one-horned rhinoceros, deer, wild boar and leopard, with the chance of spotting the elusive Royal Bengal tiger.

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic drive from Chitwan to Pokhara, covering approximately 160 km in 4–5 hours. Known as the gateway to the Annapurna region, Pokhara is a beautiful lakeside city surrounded by spectacular Himalayan scenery.
Upon arrival, take in the peaceful atmosphere, stunning mountain views and attractions such as Phewa Lake, with time to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of this charming destination.

After an early breakfast, travel by private Jeep from Pokhara to Hile or Tikhedhunga. Begin your trek along the Bhurungdi Khola, passing traditional villages and terraced farmland before ascending towards Ulleri. Follow the famous stone staircase to reach the village, enjoying scenic views of the surrounding hills and countryside.
On arrival, check in to your lodge and spend the afternoon at leisure, taking in the peaceful mountain surroundings.

After breakfast, continue your trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani, walking through beautiful rhododendron forests and along traditional stone-paved trails. As you ascend to Ghorepani at approximately 2,570 metres, enjoy the scenic mountain surroundings and cooler evening temperatures.

Start early with a pre-dawn trek to Poon Hill at approximately 3,200 metres to witness a spectacular sunrise over the snow-capped Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Head torches are essential for the early morning climb. After taking in the breathtaking mountain views, return to Ghorepani for a warm breakfast before continuing your trek.
After enjoying the spectacular Annapurna views, continue your trek through beautiful rhododendron forests towards Tadapani, situated at approximately 2,590 metres.

After breakfast, descend through dense forests towards Baise Kharka, keeping an eye out for monkeys and a variety of birdlife along the trail. Continue uphill to the traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, including Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre

After breakfast, enjoy a gentle descent along scenic trails through lush forests towards lower elevations. Continue to Syauli Bazaar, where you can stop for lunch before travelling by vehicle back to Pokhara.
Arrive in the afternoon and spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing after your trek.

After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu and check in at your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax or explore the city at your own pace.
