Day - 1 : Airport – Negombo
On arrival at the airport, you will be met by our representative and directly transferred to Negombo.
Approx. 20mints drive to Negombo Check-in to hotel.
Overnight stay at Goldi Sands, Negombo.
Day - 2 : Negombo – Dambulla
Early morning visit Negombo Fish Market.
Negombo made its start as a fishing community, and fishermen today continue to hawk their wares on the city’s sandy shores. Starting from as early as 4AM, fishing boats begin to make their way to the beach laden with that morning’s catch. Shrimps, crabs and lobsters are hunted at the famous Negombo Lagoon, while fresh fish is hauled in from the waves of the Indian Ocean.
Afterwards leave for Dambulla | Approx. 4hrs drive to Dambulla.

Day - 3 : Dambulla
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs.
One of the more overlooked ruins of the town of Dambulla is the Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs. These tombs are believed to be the place in which many of the prehistoric inhabitants would bury their dead. According to archaeological research, the skeletal remains and the artefacts that have been found are believed to originate between 700 BC – 400 BC, making it one of the few places where it is possible to understand the society and lifestyle the ancient Sri Lankans used to follow. There is also evidence to suggest that these bodies were buried with specific rituals, due to the many artefacts found in the premises.

Day - 4 : Dambulla – Minneriya National Park – Dambulla
Breakfast at Hotel. Afternoon enjoy a 4 X 4 jeep safari at the Minneriya National Park. (04hrs).
Minneriya National Park – This National Park 8889 hectares in extent is famous for its large population of Elephants in herds of 100 to 150 roaming in the jungle and seen in the catchment area of the lake. Entrance is at Ambagaswewa about 6 km from Habarana on the main Habarana Polonnaruwa road. Office is by the side of the main road. Elephants, about 300 wild Elephants, Wild Buffaloes, Wild Boar, Spotted Deer, Sloth Bear, Sambhur, Crocodiles, Jackals, 9 kinds of amphibians, 25 kinds of reptiles, 160 species of birds.
Return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Jetwing Lake, Dambulla.
Day - 5 : Dambulla – Matale – Kandy
After breakfast at the hotel climb Pidurangala Rock.
While Sigiriya Rock is rich in history and has some pretty dramatic features such as the lion’s paw and the mirror wall, Pidurangala Rock has a much more natural feel, despite also housing a temple. Pidurangala Rock is adjacent to Sigiriya Rock and is the best viewing spot of Sigiriya Rock as it is only slightly lower. Pidurangala is a popular spot for sunrise as you can enjoy 360-degree views of not only the valleys but also Sigiriya Rock.
Thereafter travel to Kandy en-route visit Batik Factory (03hrs).
This Batik Factory and showroom is a great place to see the batikmaking process, from the drawing of he designs and multistage dyeing of cloth to the boiling away of the wax. The tasteful and excellent quality batiks are then made into dresses, sarongs, scarves and tablecloths. Evening visit Kandy temple of tooth relic.

Day - 6 : Kandy
After breakfast at the hotel, visit Temple of the Tooth Relic.
Temple of the Tooth Relic, which houses the Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha, is an important landmark in Kandy. The Tooth is kept in a two-storey shrine fronted by two large elephant tusks and rests on a gold lotus flower, encased in jewelled casket that sits on a throne. The temple is decorated with beautiful local paintings and architectural features.
Thereafter visit Kataragama Devalaya.
Little away from the other Devalayas (Shrines) Kataragama Devalaya (shrine) lies in the commercial area of Kandy in “Kotugodella Vidiya”. This was known as “kavikara Vidiya” in the ancient times. This is one of the Hatara Devale in the Kandy, the other three being the Natha, Vishnu and Patini. These four Devalayas have a long association with the Royal Palace ( Maha Vasala) and the Temple of Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) and has been venerated by Buddhists and Hindus alike from the inception. Another devalaya dedicated Ganesha, the elephant headed hindu deity now known as Pillaiyar Kovil is located in Katukele.

Day - 7 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast at the hotel leave for Nuwara Eliya.
Approx. 2.5hrs drive to Nuwara Eliya. En Route visit Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple, Ramboda Falls & Tea Factory.
Sri Bhakta Hanuman Temple is one of the important Hanuman Temples in Sri Lanka located on summit of the very beautiful picturesque mountain. Shri Bhakta Hanuman temple is dedicated to the God Hanuman and this is one of important sites of Ramayana Tour in Sri Lanka. Visitors can witness the 18 feet Hanuman statue which is the tallest Hanuman statue in Sri Lanka established inside the Shri Bhakta Hanuman Temple in Ramboda.

Day - 8 : Nuwara Eliya
Breakfast at hotel. Afternoon visit Moon Plains.
Moon Plains, also known as Sandathenna, is a 400-metre long, 40- metre-deep valley in Ranhawadigama, about 6km from Nuwara Eliya. What was once part of a catchment area, Moon Plains is now a notable Agricultural and Environmental Tourism Zone since March 2014.
Standing at a surface elevation of 6,200 ft, Moon Plains can get chilly and misty, so you need to watch your step! It also provides visitors with an amazing panoramic view of the countryside and peaks that surround it, but again, this depends on the visibility during the day. A key attraction at Moon Plains is the ‘Mini World’s End’, a peak with a sharp drop, offering you a stunning look at the landscape below.

Day - 9 : Nuwara Eliya – Colombo
After breakfast at the hotel leave for Colombo. Approx. 4.5hrs drive to Colombo.

Day - 10 : Colombo – Airport
Breakfast at hotel. According to flight details, transfer to the airport for your departure flight back home.
